These files are available to you Royalty Free for usage in commercial and personal projects with very few restrictions as long as your usage is within the terms. These terms apply only to the downloadable images offered in .psd/.png format, all other images on site for preview purposes or showcasing are not licensed to any user or guest of this site.

You may:

• Use these images for personal or commercial endeavors.
• Distribute your creations using these images.
• Use them for tutorials as images - not for download.
• Alter them by clipping, rotating, re-colouring or whatever you'd like.
• Include them in your own compositions.
• Use however many images you'd like per project.

You may not do the following:

• Distribute these images in their raw or altered format for inclusion in any resource, tube, brush or image library or through any graphic groups.
• You may not sell these images in their raw format on tshirts, posters, greeting/note cards, calendars etc.. You must integrate these images into a design of your own if you wish to use them for that purpose. This means that you may of course use multiple images to composite one image that you are free to use for this purpose. ( This limitation is on creating any of the above using only 1 image, create something unique by using multiple images.)
• You may not offer these images in their raw form for tutorials. If you use these for a tutorial, please provide your readers with a link to Pajama Pixels where they can either join up or grab a free image to use for your tutorial.
• You may not recreate these images in a vector format and distribute that image.
• Share your membership information with others.

Royalty Free

Royalty Free means that you do not need to pay a license fee each time you use these images, it does not grant you the copyright to the images. All images on this site are © Pajama Pixels and there is no transfer of ownership offered or implied.

Liability

Pajama Pixels guarantees that all images are original and the property of S. Backus, owner of Pajama Pixels.

General Provisions

The Purchaser is not purchasing the contents of these archives, only the right to use the contents. All rights remain the property of Pajama Pixels and/or the creative artist. The Purchaser may not redistribute this archive file, in whole or in part in any manner.

Purchaser retains this license, even if Pajama Pixels stops selling this work at a later date, or decides to change the current price. The Artist may only revoke this license, if it is shown that a Buyer has previously violated the terms and conditions above.

Should Buyer be a member of the Pajama Party and violate the terms of this agreement their membership will be cancelled and void with no refund offered.

Linking Back

Some of the potential uses for these images would have them used in various groups that may require a link and statement in regards to the original creator.While crediting images you receive through your membership is never a requirement we prefer that if you do you please link to http://pajampixels.com and use ©Pajama Pixels.
